Who takes care of my children if I die?
No parent wants to think about their death when their children a young, let alone think about who will step-in and care for the minor children, but being prepared for the worst case scenario is the best way to love and care for your family. Having a Guardian appointed in your Will is the best way to plan ahead and make sure that your minor children are cared by the person or persons you believe will do what is best for your children. Otherwise, you leave it up to the Courts to decide who will care for your children.
